PTFE coatings, or polytetrafluoroethylene, are superior non-stick fluoropolymer coatings with a highly durable thin-film finish. These coatings have the highest operating temperature of any fluoropolymer and possess an extremely low coefficient of friction, good abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. This coating is typically used where a smooth, low-friction, and corrosion-resistant finish is required.

Types of non-stick PTFE coatings:
